MY BIGGEST WISH IS TO HELP MY GUESTS LEARN ABOUT USING FOOD AND YOGA AS MEDICINE TO HEAL THE BODY FROM STRESS AND EVERYDAY ACHES AND PAINS.

HAVING WORKED FOR LAST 7 YEARS AS A FREELANCE CHEF AND HAVING SPENT THE LAST 10 YEARS IN THE PROFESSIONAL HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY. I HAVE FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRESSURE THAT LONG HOURS AND STRESS CAN PUT ON YOUR BODY. USING FOOD, YOGA, I HAVE MANAGED TO ASSIST MY BODY IN ITS RECOVERY AND WANT TO BE ABLE TO DO THE SAME FOR MY GUESTS. I HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE PROVIDING HEALTHY AND DELICIOUS FOOD AND HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION FOR KEEPING MY CLIENTS HAPPY WHILST HELPING THEM WITH YOGA MOVEMENT TO GET THE BEST OUT OF THEIR MIND AND BODIES. 

I UNDERTOOK MY FOUNDATION IN YOGA AT THE MASTERLIFE YOGA TEACHER TRAINING SCHOOL IN NICE. I THEN HAVE GONE ON FURTHER TO TRAIN IN VINYASA, HATHA, YIN AND YOGA THERAPY WITH YOGA ALLIANCE. 
I CARE ABOUT EVERY INGREDIENT, AND I SOURCE LOCALLY AND AIM FOR THE FRESHEST AND BEST SEASONAL FLAVOURS, USING ONLY ORGANIC PRODUCE. I’M HAPPIEST WHEN COOKING WITH JUST PICKED MARKET PRODUCE AND SHARING MY YOGA PRACTICE OUTSIDE IN THE WILDERNESS AMONGST THE TREES

I’LL BE HERE TO ASSIST WITH THE DAY TO DAY RUNNING AND MAKING SURE EACH GUEST TAKES THE BEST OUT OF THEIR STAY. HAVING JUST GRADUATED FROM DURHAM UNIVERSITY WITH A FIRST THIS IS THE PERFECT SPACE FOR ME TO RECONNECT TO MY CREATIVE SIDE AND LOVE OF WELLNESS. IN THE PAST I HAVE WORKED AS A COOK AND HOST WITH SCOTT DUNN AND FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS ACROSS THE UK BUT HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR AN OPPORTUNITY TO FOCUS ON MY PASSION FOR HEALTHY, ETHICAL COOKING AND MY LOVE FOR THE OUTDOORS AND YOGA. AM LOVING WORKING HERE UNTIL I GO TO CAMBRIDGE IN OCTOBER TO BEGIN MY MASTERS DEGREE IN MODERN EUROPEAN HISTORY.
